Is Birthdaywishi really free?
Yes, completely. No trial periods, no upgrade prompts, no hidden charges. Birthdaywishi is free for every company regardless of team size.
How do I import my employee list?
Go to Employees in your dashboard and click Import CSV. Your file needs first name, last name, email, birthday, and hire date columns. A template is available inside the app.
Can I customise the greeting card templates?
Yes. Each template allows you to change the background, headline, and message body. You can write your own message or use the AI tone selector for suggested copy.
How early do celebration reminders arrive?
You choose — 1, 3, or 7 days before each celebration. Configure this in your account Settings. The daily digest email is sent at 9:00 AM in your timezone.
How does Google Calendar sync work?
Export all birthdays and anniversaries as a standard .ics file compatible with Apple Calendar and Outlook, or click Add to Google Calendar to subscribe directly from your dashboard.
Is my employee data kept private?
Absolutely. Employee data is stored securely and used only to power celebration reminders within your account. We never sell or share data with any third party.
